Do I need tickets?
Tickets are not issued for this event. We have your name at the check-in tables located at the entrance. Simply let a volunteer know your last name and they will check you in.

Are all the items found in the program?
No. Many items are donated after our print deadline for the program. Please visit our website at http://www.aggieauction.com for a complete listing of all of our items for bid.

What is the appropriate dress code?
Black-tie optional/semi-formal. We encourage all guests to dress-up as much as possible.

How do I use the bid stickers?
At check-in you will be issued bid stickers, which you should use for bidding on items. Simply place a bid sticker on the appropriate amount of your desired item and your bid has
been officially accepted.

Can I use a pen to bid?
Should you run out of bid stickers, please visit the Raffle station located in the Northwest corner of the Pavilion and request more. We do not encourage the use of pens because
of potential security and accuracy problems that can occur.

Do I bid on items at Aggie Express?

No. The Aggie Express has an assortment of items available at one low price that you do not need to bid upon to receive. Simply pay the Aggie Express price and the itemis yours, while supplies last. The Aggie Express is open on the main floor for the entire event.

What are the Maximum Guaranteed Purchase Prices?

The Maximum Guaranteed Purchase Price is the top amount that will be accepted for any item. Placing your bid sticker at this price will immediately stop the bidding for the item and
you will be billed for it at that price.

How do I know if I won any items?
After the final section closes at 7:00 p.m. all guests will be invited their table on the main floor to begin dinner. At approximately 7:30 p.m., auction volunteers will begin issuing
invoices to all successful bidders. Should you not win all of the items you bid upon, please consider purchasing an item in the Aggie Express located on the main floor near the Live Auction Command Center.

When are the proxy bids placed on items?
At approximately 5:15 p.m., all bids by proxy will be made in the silent auction and raffle. We allow proxy bidding because the auction is sold out and this is the only way many friends of the program can assist with this event.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

What other forms of payment do you take?
Checks and cash.

How do I get my item?
After your invoice has been brought to your table, your volunteer will bring your items to you.

What if I have to leave early?
You may provide us with a credit card that we may charge should you win any items and we will arrange a time to have your items picked up the week following the auction.

Who benefits from the auction proceeds?
All net proceeds will help fund our Athletics Grant-in-Aid Program and make needed facility improvements.

What time should I arrive?
The doors will open at 4:30 p.m. and all guests are encouraged to arrive early to make any bids at the Maximum Guaranteed Purchase Price. Please note that over 50 items are sold in the first minute of the auction from saavy auction attendees who take advantage of the Maximum Guaranteed Purchase Price option.

How are the suggested retail prices determined?
The suggested retail prices are determined from a variety of sources including peak-season rack rates and how these items fared in other auctions.
