1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE.

2. All suggested retail values are determined by estimated peak-season retail rates
plus sales tax, received from the donor or received from other charity auctions.
These sales are not warranted by UC Davis for tax purposes or for general sale.

3. All cashiering for silent and live lots will be conducted at your table. There
will be no lines for cashiering. Payment may be made with cash, checks, Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

4. The items found in the Aggie Pride Outlet have one low price and bidding is
not necessary. These items must be paid for separately from the live and silent
auction items.

5. In the silent auction, your bid number constitutes a contract to purchase
that item.

6. All silent auction lots include a maximum guaranteed purchase price. Putting
your bid number at this price will stop the bidding for this lot. The bidder
will be able to purchase the lot at this price.

7. All live lots must be paid for immediately following each lot bidding. Should
you purchase two or more lots in the live auction, you will be asked to pay for
each item separately.

8. Lots may be changed prior to the event. Please refer to the bid sheet for the
final description of every lot.

9. Tickets will not be issued for this event. RSVP's must occur prior to the event
and a check-in list will be created to allow you into the event. Should you have
any questions, please contact Aggie Auction headquarters at 530-752-2699.

10. The certificates purchased in this auction are the responsibility of the purchaser
Gift certificates issued at this event are as good as cash. If certificates are lost or
stolen, they will NOT be replaced.

11. All 2010 items must be used prior to May 1, 2011 unless otherwise noted.

12. Doors open exactly at 4:30 pm. No guests are allowed early access to the event prior to 4:30 pm.

13. Many donations from UC Davis Athletic teams have the following restrictions:
Person may not be of high-school age (including 9th grade), a junior college student with athletic eligibility remaining or a student at another four-year institution, with athletic eligibility remaining due to NCAA regulations.

14. UC Davis reserves the right to refund any item to any guest at any time.
